DESCRIPTION : Pattani sea port and channel development project for ressels of 1,000 tons gross. Channel development started from Pattani estuary to the sea height 5.5 m. and digs from Pattani estuary to Mae Nam Pattani in a length of 1.6 Km, width 70 m width and 5 m depth from the lowest water level. The soil from digging was used for seafront reclamation in a total of 800,000 sq.m. or 1,000 m. length from sea shore.
SERVICE RENDERED : Environmental impact assessment .The study involved in construction phase and natural resources/other environmental quality especially oceanography (seawater level, wave direction, circulation of stream and littoral drifts and environmental impact assessment) by using mathematic model to study the spreading and covering of sediment according to digging and reclamation.
